I hope you do not forget the promise you made me when I had the pleasure of meeting you at Mme du Quaire’s, to come & see me in Town? I am only just arrived for the Season, and trust I may have the honour of soon receiving one whose word-pictures have been so precious to me from my earliest recollections.
