You are all right about the Venus—most reasonably and rightfully indocile– You are in fact an insolent thinker & talker with the pen in your hand—only timid when you talk with the tongue. I send you some verses not worth very much tho I had to pay four shillings for them by post– I will come & gossip very soon.
