157. EBB to Henrietta Moulton-Barrett

My time is limited & I cannot therefore write more than a line. A thousand thanks for your information my beloved Addles it has given me real delight & in return you shall hear all I have to tell since I last wrote. Papa settled every thing with Mr Brydges [2] as he came through Ledbury & it is agreed that when the day is fixed for my removal Papa is to write to Mr B who wishes to come to Gloucester to be with me in case of accident during the journey– Tommy Cook also is to attend me so that I cannot want medical assistance.

This Papa told me the first day he came but has been quite silent since– I could not help letting it out to Mama in my last letter, give her a hint not to mention it when she writes– If you hear any thing pray my dearest Addles let me know as I am quite in the dark——
