In the greatest hurry I send a cape which I do not altogether like, but which Wilson has brought in a hurry, just in time for post. It is a pattern cape … & you are to accept it as such, dearest Miss Mitford from me. Also, the broad lace.

The other is sent for, to the manufactory & will reach you, I hope, tomorrow.

Oh—in such haste! I am not ill.
