My dear Mr Boyd,

Bro says that he cannot wait for me to write a long letter; and indeed perhaps Mrs Boyd’s cough would not allow her to read it, if it could be written. Therefore I will say only that Mr Curzon came here yesterday, and that he intends to pay his visit to you next Thursday. He desired me to tell you this. He says that he may go to Malvern in the coach, or that he may walk—and I mention the first probabilty that you may have some idea of the hour when you are likely to see him.

Bro can not wait, he says, one instant longer. I mean to go to see you at the end of next week.
