My dear Mrs Sturgis,

I am very happy to hear from you again—knowing that you have had sickness in the house,—all happily over now, I trust.

On Saturday, I am engaged past hope of escape, but you know how I thank you.

Could you tell me without too much trouble where a letter will find the Storys now?– [1] They were to go to Leghorn, then—I hardly know where: but you probably know.
