1. Frances (“Fanny”) Emma Wedgwood (née Mackintosh, 1800–89), daughter of Sir James Mackintosh (1765–1832) and his second wife, Catherine (née Allen, 1765–1830). She married in 1832 Hensleigh Wedgwood (1803–91), mathematician and philologist, grandson of Josiah Wedgwood (1730–95).
