1. Following the marriage on 13 February of Alfred Tennyson’s first cousin Ellen Elizabeth Tennyson d’Eyncourt (1817–1900), youngest daughter of Charles Tennyson d’Eyncourt (né Tennyson, 1784–1861) and his wife, Frances Mary (née Hutton, 1787–1878), to Henry Mill Bunbury (1809–86), of Marlston, Berkshire. According to The Times of 14 February 1866 (p. 1), the wedding took place at St. George’s Church, Hanover Square.
