Dear Sir,

In a recent visit to Oxford, [1] I had an opportunity of observing that the Union Society had done my works the honor of including them in the Catalogue of their Library. May I be permitted,—as a trifling record of the great pleasure I experienced in attending a debate, on the same occasion,—to beg the Society’s acceptance of somewhat more correct an edition [2] than that which they possess?
