[London—Sunday, 19 June 1859]

—which I stayed at home reading a large part of Sunday—the 19th of June. In the afternoon attended service at St. Paul’s—grand music—preaching by Thomas Dale. Drove to Regent’s Park to see the display which must be one of the greatest in the world. Walked to the Temple and saw the children in their park. Parker and Fairbanks to tea.
