Wednesday. Wondrous weather—like Roman or Venetian skies are the dawns and twilights of these rich common home days. Unspeakably lovely indeed.

Louisa gave a reception where Miss Kellogg sang a lovely composition by Stigellie—“Isolina”. Mr Dale & Mr Schlesinger both sang and Miss Annie Thayer played.
