Thursday. Jamie stayed down. We went to Gloucester to see Bayard Taylor & his wife. Drove, altogether, to Little Good Harbor Beach where we found James F. Clarke, Lillian, Edward Perkins. Lillian was like a daisy in her purity and unconscious freshness.
