Monday. Rainy morning. Lizzy painted while I read aloud. Aunt Harriet returned to town. Ida Beal came. Lovely moonlighted Evening. Mother, Lizzy and I enjoyed the beautiful air and sky. Ida and “J.” went to Mr. Vibberts Temperance lecture.
