Sunday. Perfect beauty—William Hunt came with his van bringing Mr. & Mrs W.R. Emerson, Mr. & Mrs Schlesinger, Count Portalis, and a Mr. Boyden in the afternoon. Heard an excellent sermon by Mr. George Bartol—walked home from church. Evening by ourselves.
