Thursday 7th For the first time since June we are quite alone. I am tired and rejoice in the silence. A lovely day. Prof. Weir and Mr. Batchelder, Mrs Dix and Isabella & Mary Curtis, Mrs Caleb Curtis & daughter came to call.
