My dear Badley

I have just got out of the Chair after four hours possession– I have just time to write a few words to take the 8 oClock post tomorrow.

Your letter refers to only three runs previous letter included six—which are all adjoining– It is an object to have all the runs to make a profitable farm which is what I aim at– I return Morris’s letter which describes the lands—(Brissetts) and also the Bond– Robert Walt & Mr & Mrs Mundinen will join me in the bond– But is it feasible to have all the land in one Bond. I shall be in town in a week when I will pay you whatever expenses the affair is subject to & with many thanks– Shall I look out for a run of land in the neighbourhood for you– If you wish it speak, & I will write to Morris–
