We are glad to inform you that the Motion we filed in this case had the effect we sought namely to compel the com<plainant> to revive the suit against the representative of your deceased Brother[.]

The Solicitor of Mr Richard Barrett has intimated to us that his client may possibly consent to your obtaining an order for payment of the Compensation |incomes| now locked up by the Counter Claims in the hands of the Commissioners: but we are yet without his definitive answer. We shall by next packet be able to communicate it. We are,
