My dear Sir

I had been indirectly led to hope that we might have the pleasure of seeing you here– If such a visit would be practicable I assure we should be most happy to receive you—and you might then be spared the trouble of sending the parcel to which your note alludes—but might bring it with you– If however it is impossible for you to favour us with a visit you will perhaps be kind enough to consign it to Mrs |Baccoi| (Mrs Hyatts sister) No 17. Saville Row Burlington Gardens–

The picture I am happy to imform you is arrived safe—and I am very glad to have this opportunity of acknowledging it—and of thanking you for your kind attention in all that has passed between us– I expect to be in London on Monday the 17th for a few days—when I hope to have the pleasure of waiting upon you–
