My dear Uncle
I take great pleasure in announcing to you the most important event in my life-namely my marriage, with Mr De Courcy Dashwood 2d Son of Sir Charles Dashwood. Aunt says you have promised to pay her a visit. I am in hopes this event may induce you to come and see us. I am almost now a stranger to you, and it would give me much pleasure to introduce to you De Courcy. You are within such a short distance of us that you might give us a benefit I think. pray appear some day with our united love believe me ever
