Memorandum of an Agre[e]ment made this Third day of April one Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety four Between Catherine Abbot of the Parish of St Luke Chelsea in the County of Middlesex of the one part, and Robert Browning of the said County and parish of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Catherine Abbot doth agree to let to the said Robert Browning a House and premises situate No 7 in Great Cheyne Row, in the said County and Parish for one Year certain from Lady day last for Twenty four pounds to be paid Quarterly, and the said Robert Browning doth agree to accept the said House and premises, and to pay the Rent in manner aforesaid– In Witness whereof both parties have hereunto set their hands and Seals
