Dear Sir
I have your favor of this date. I assure you I have no intention whatever to interfere in the management of the Estates– I hope another packet may bring out the requisite authority from your Father to give up.
I considered it necessary however in the mean time, that Mr Reynolds or Mr Tinkler should continue to send me the expenditure accounts, that I may be able to lay before you a fair statement of the expenses with the Contingent account since the 1. Jany last. I am in advance for the Estates & pen & I write to request Mr Jump would supply the properties with whatever money was required, & of course what you advance will be refunded in our arranging the general acct
With respect to the Taxes, no account has been rendered & if you have not funds from the sale of |product| to settle it, Mr Jump, I have no doubt, will see it arranged– I enclose a small road a/. which the Estate should have credit for with the C. C–
I am getting in all the accts & hope to be prepared with a statement of them in the course of [a] week or two–
