Sir

Your being appointed by his Excellency the Governor for the distribution of the lately arrived Africans: I hereby tender for 100 of them as Agricultural labourers to be located on Cinnamon Hill & Cornwall Estates both in this Parish to be classed as nearly as possible in the following manner, viz 35 males, 35 females & 30 children: I also agree to clothe feed & give them medical attendance provided they are apprenticed to me for not less than one year: & I further acceed to pay the 1st class at the rate of 2/6 Cry per week or 5d per day for every days labour performed, The 2nd class 1/8 Cy per week, & 3rd class 10d[.]
