My absence from home has been the cause of my not replying earlier to your letter on the subject of the payment on account of Messrs Anderson & Kemble of Jamaica directed to be made to me, & which you are good enough to say you are ready to make on hearing from me. Messrs Barnett Hoare & Co Lombard St will receive the money on my account, as already stated by Mrs Whitehorne, in acknowledging the receipt of your letter. I should be obliged by your informing me when the payment is made. Remaining
