My dear Uncle

The understanding between us on signing the Indemnity, & Mutual release to our coexecutors, George Longmore, & John Edwards [1] in which we make ourselves liable for the respective debts as specified in the Schedules A & B. is that when the assets due the Estate of the Late Richd Barrett are collected, & made available they are to be shared between us in equal proportions.
