Gentlemen

As the Time is considerably elapsed since Mr. Robertson promised to settle the judgement obtained against him along with the Title to the Lands, I will thank you to inform me if he has been as good as his word. Should he not I must request you to adopt such legal measures against him as you may think proper to compel him immediately to do so I am–
