Sir

We duly received your favor–

Mr Robertson called upon us on his Return from Northumberland, but we omitted to take his address, & he having changed his lodgings from St James St to Bury Street we were at great difficulty to get a Letter to him[.]

We inclose you a copy of Mr Robertsons Answer for your consideration, & in the mean time we will prepare the Draft of a Conveyance of the Land, to you as Devisee of your Grandfather–
