Gentlemen

Mr Robertson’s letter I have received and am much surprised that he is not prepared according to his written engagement to settle the dispute between us, by giving a Title to the Lands and paying the Judgement obtained against him; neither of which will I concede I must therefore request you to adopt such measures as you may think proper to gain these points; If however Mr Robertson will come forward and make a sufficient Title, I will not hesitate to say that I will wait the payment of the judgement for six Months[.]
