As Mr Barrett does not seem disposed to purchase this small property at the price asked, we will thank you to procure and send us a letter in a post or two from Mr Barrett to the tenants desiring them to give up possession and attorn to Mrs Sarah Homan our Client and pay rent from Christmas last– This being the mode proposed by you we trust there will be no delay.
