Being in Town I call for the Authority of Mr Barrett so long promised to his Tenants to give up the possession and rent to Mrs Homan from Xmas last and I have brought with me the Undertaking or Agreement of Mrs Homan not to call on Mr Barrett for Delapidations– I will call again on Wednesday morning at 11 and please have the Authority ready to exchange
