Beautiful Bryngwyn! It is a fair and lovely place! buried in hills and woods-with a magnificent lake a quarter of a mile long in the park. Rooks darken the air, when the evening closes in-and though there be not much game—it might be had in abundance. This beautiful place Henrietta’s eldest brother Charles John Barrett has taken for three years. It belongs to the Williams, cousins of the Barretts and eventually, it is believed will be in the market. Kind good fellow Storm has his house full of kith and kin—besides Henrietta and I—and three chicks—there is Arabel, Sept, Ocky, Sam Barrett, and Lizzy. Alfred arrives from China today.
