Drove to Sidbrook with dearest Henrietta where we signed a deed of Settlement wherein our kind brother Charles John Barrett settles £5000 upon his sister Henrietta, myself & our children. Robin Hedley was the witness. God grant it may prove a blessing to us.
The new cook Sarah Perry arrived.
