Offered for sale by Quaritch, Catalogue 1013 [March 1981], item 54. Marston inquires if Powell has “any tidings of Browning” and adds that “Mrs Marston has just read ‘Sordello’ through. She accomplished it in 3 days, & pronounced it not only intelligible but deeply interesting. … I am sorry you don’t like E B Barrett– Did you see Forster’s review of her?”
