… For the first time, dear Clay, I come to write to you in this dear little corner room. It is just about as large as my corner room at Antioch, but the scene which it overlooks is far different. … I see the villa which Mrs. Browning celebrates in Aurora Leigh. … I look upon fertile and beautifully cultivated valleys.
