SD1937.1. Thomas Woolner to Ellen Heaton
Addendum to The Brownings’ Correspondence, vol. 23.
27 Rutland Street
Hampstead Road, N.W.
July 3. [1856]
Madam,
I am happily able to send your framed cast of R. Browning before you leave town, and would urge if not inconvenient that you should take charge of the case yourself by having it put into the carriage, for I think that it would be safer than trusting to the mercies of railway porters.
The cost with frame, case £2.19.
I am Madam,
Yours obediently
Thomas Woolner.
Miss Heaton
