Our friends Messrs Innes & Cadien of Falmouth are still desirous of leasing your Wharf there, and have again requested that we will apply to you to learn on what terms you would now be disposed to grant them a lease of the property in question?

Since we last spoke with you on the subject we presume that you will have communicated with your Agent, and we should be glad that you would now state something definite to be submitted to Messrs I. & C.
