My dear Sir,
I have taken measures to obtain Mrs Browning’s address and will write to her without fail about the Xmas volume. —Meanwhile I enclose the poems of my own as I promised with the chance of one of them finding favour in Dr Mackay’s sight.–
I expect to be home from my excursion on Monday next—so that I shall be glad to see the artist any day after then. Tuesday would suit me very well, any time between 1 and 5 o’clock he likes to name—of if evening would suit him better any time after 1/2 past 7–
Yours my dear Sir
Very truly
C. Crosland
