My own sweet Stormy,
Bro must write a line in dearest Puppy’s letter to his own Storm to tell him how dear he is to him, & how he wishes to be near him to help him to eat the strawberries and all the nice things the good garden gives to all the dear people at Hope End. I hope you will not forget how to play at Cricket, as when I come to Hope End I shall expect to see you and Sam famous players & I hope by the time I arrive there you will get Mr Frank to mow a large place to play upon at the front of the house. pray do not eat too muts and make ou’s self sick as that will be bad job and ou will not be able to make hay or eat any more strawberrys. pray write to me soon & you must tell me all about the hay and how you are coming on with the strawberries. Do you not think, my sweet fellow that Mr Sam is very impudent to say that the Queen is guilty do not beleive him he tell todys would not it be nice fun to give Lord Castlereigh and all those naughty people who are not on Puppy’s side a good ducking in the pond. Give my best love to all the dear people I am my dearest Stormy ou’s own
