My dearest Henrietta

I am more & more pleased with your letters, I therefore should feel great disappointment if you should discontinue your Correspondence. To afford you the means of writing to us, I have sent you the necessary materials such as pens & paper; Ink you must procure at home. I beleive [sic] that I shall go to Carlton in a very few days, which I shall do without much regret, as it will be only for a very few days, & Ba is so much better today.
