My dear Arabel

If you will not take the cherries from my tree I will give you one shilling when Puppy comes. I hope your potatoes are fit for eat & that you are on Puppy’s & Sir Francy Debbs side for I think all the Torys ought to be hanged! I wish you many happy returns of your birthday not nothing else except that I am your own dear Storm.

I am sick of |writing letters| except to Papa.
