Dear Sir,

The last Interest paid in respect of Mr Martin Williams Mortgage of £2000 on Anchovy was on the 6 June 1820—and that was due on the 1 May 1818– But on the 11th March 1820 Plummer & Wilson paid H. W. Plummer’s Bill £170 to a. Hodgson for account of Palmer & Taylor, on account of Interest on £2000 payable to Martin Williams–

We have a letter to day by the Eclipse Packet from H. W. Plummer, in which he desires us to insure 17 hhds Sugar p David Lyon which he says is for Mrs Williams’ Arrears–
