For the third time in my life do I possess such an occasion as this, to take up my pen to attempt to describe the many throbs of joy with which my heart is moved. For the fourth time, & I may say with even how much greater pride & happiness than the first, do I celebrate this day which indeed becomes more & more blessed to us as the object of our affection with whom this day we were gifted, becomes more & more favoured by Heaven & may my prayer be granted that he may ever continue to be the same, for he must then inevitably retain that affection which he now so fully possesses.
