I recd this just now & send it to you to make you easy– [1] I presume you are going to Pinner– You had better mention to your Mother that you are making arrangements to accommodate her & ask her if she cannot let you off with 500l at Christmas & 500—6 months after– When you return we must have a day to make the final arrangements as well with Sharp as with Moore– Suppose you fix friday at 12 oClock for coming to my Chambers–

Scarlett has written his note below the following which had been directed to him at No 74 Upper Guilford Street, Queen Square: Mark Lane / Dear Scarlett / Mr Boddington did not come into the City to day till 3 oClock, or I should have replied Sooner to your proposal of yesterday respecting Mr Barrett, to which we are ready to agree, & you will point out what is necessary to be done in relation to the transfer of the Stock– / We trust that Mr Barrett will be able to realize his own hopes of ultimately avoiding to be indebted, not only for his own sake, but because we have so long decided to avoid any future lasting advances– / I am Dear Scarlett / Yours ever Mo truly & respy / Rd Sharp / We beg our Compts to Mr Barrett.
