Jany. 10th 1807.
Be it known to all mankind, that I hereby freely, & of my own accord, give unto my Mother all my claims & titles to a Mulatto woman, now living in Jamaica, of the name & appellation of Fanny Burton. However should my Mother die before me, my claims to the said Fanny Burton shall return again to me in the same manner as if I had never resigned them to my Mother.
I hereby enclose this paper to be wholely & solely written & signed by me, her dutiful Son
M Williams
Lieut. 15th K.L.D.
In my hurry on leaving London I did recollect to give this paper to you.
