SD792. Arabella Moulton-Barrett to Hugh Stuart Boyd

[7 January 1836] [1]
Dear Mr Boyd, I am much obliged to you for the trouble you have given yourself about the tea cup. I am most anxious to see it, & to copy it—& if I manage to draw it, I suppose I may consider myself very scientific indeed! May I not? Annie begged me to write to her, but she neither left me her direction nor has she written to me, at which of course I am very angry—I used all my persuasive endeavours to induce her to postpone her trip to Margate, but it was all in vain.
Yours sincerely
Arabel Barrett
I am rather a dangerous person to invite to yr house—remember my attack upon your cellar the other day!
Publication: None traced.
Manuscript: Wellesley College.
1. Dated by Arabella having written at the end of a letter from EBB to Boyd, BC, 3, 164–165 (letter 520, dated [7 January 1836]).
