My dear George–

It would give us all real pleasure to see your boy |and| little girl here, & wish you would bring him down & spend some time with us. I was much pleased with your little Elizabeth,* & she would be a nice play thing for all here. Your nieces boy I will tell you how delighted they would be to see her– We shall be free from engagements on the 10th of October. I wish you would settle to come here on that day with your little girl & stay sometime with us– I am sorry to hear you have been an invalid, this air would brace you—believe me my dear George
