Addendum to The Brownings’ Correspondence, vol. 4.

Last night Mr Browning, senior, came here. He is a very pleasant and quiet man, and Mr Dow made him sit down with pencil in hand and produce a little off-hand sketch of Baby. In three or four minutes he produced a very striking likeness.
