My dear Rossetti,
I shall never get to see you—(I will, for all that!)—so I must write. Thank you always & for everything: whatever you do about the quadracci [1] will be the best for me. The Frame maker’s bill don’t come, but may, & shall be promptly met when come it does. If Mr Howell chooses to call any morning before 2. I am generally at home, and will have great pleasure in seeing him. But ’tis your pictures I want to see, and more than all yourself—as I began by saying.
